All of our Banana Boat rides can be purchased on the beach behind your resort, or on the beach behind Sharky’s Restaurant on Front Beach Road. All rides are done on a first come, first serve basis.

Children 6 years and older can ride the banana boat. If you are under the age of 18, you’ll need a parent or legal guardian’s consent. Bring your parents along; it’ll be great! Because of insurance constraints, pregnant women can’t ride the banana boat.
Banana boats are great for large groups. If you all can’t fit on one, we can take out several bananas at once! Bring your office party, church group or sports team for some wild bonding time here at Panama City Beach.
Our banana boats are pulled by powerful jet skis that can go pretty fast. Our operators are Coast Guard certified and will only go as fast as safe, based on the water conditions. We want all our passengers to be comfortable. So, our operators won’t hit full speed if there are small children aboard your banana boat. How fast can you go? You tell us.
Banana boat rides are 2 miles long. Depending on water conditions and or age group will determine how fast your jet ski captain will drive.
Banana boat rides are very bumpy, so don’t bring a lot of gear with you. Bring your waterproof camera if you like, but leave your sunglasses back at the beach.
Just look for the big yellow bananas all along the beach to catch a ride. Then, get ready for a wild ride.
You’ll definitely get wet! Our jet ski operators are used to losing a few riders off the banana boat. Each rider wears a life jacket. So if you fall off just wait in the water and your driver will come around to pick you up.
We don’t allow rides when the weather conditions aren’t safe. If you can’t ride at your scheduled time, we’ll do our best to rebook you for a later date. If we can’t get you rescheduled, you’ll receive a full refund.
