When you look out at the emerald waters of the Florida Gulf Coast, what do you imagine? A slow and luxurious tour of the ins and outs of Panama City Beach can be beautiful, but when you’re looking for fun, excitement, and the thrill of being close to the water, nothing but a WaveRunner will get you the experience you seek.

WaveRunner rentals in Panama City Beach are a great way to enjoy the natural beauty of the ocean. They get you close to the water without actually putting you in it—as long as you hold on tight!

WaveRunner rentals are particularly great if you’re planning a trip for people of several different ages or skill levels. WaveRunners seat two people. That means a couple could rent one for a romantic trip out to Shell Island. Or, a family could arrange to have a parent and child ride on each vessel. If you’re traveling with someone who has limited mobility, they could be a passenger while someone else drives.

If you’ve never taken a WaveRunner or other personal watercraft out before, there’s nothing to worry about. Driving a WaveRunner is incredibly simple; we’ll show you the basics before you get in the water. Then, it’s just a matter of steering. WaveRunners are easy to operate and intuitive to drive.

Nothing really. Different models will look slightly different and are made by different manufacturers. That’s why they have different names.

To rent your jet ski, you can use our interactive online calendar or give us a call at (850) 235-8051. You can also visit us in person at our location at Lighthouse Marina on N. Lagoon Drive in Panama City Beach, Florida.

We maintain locations throughout the area. You’ll be able to pick up your jet ski near most of the area’s beaches and hotels.

Our rentals are based on the number of watercraft rented. Each jet ski may carry up to three people, subject to its weight limit.

We ask that you keep your jet ski close enough for us to help you out if you get in a fix. You can ride anywhere within a 500-yard circle of our jet ski stands or office. Just be sure to watch out for diving buoys, posted restrictions and other obstacles.

Well, the jet ski can go up to 55 mph or more. But, you can have plenty of fun even if you don’t reach top speed. How fast you can ride the jet ski will depend on how much weight your watercraft is carrying and wind and wave conditions. To reach the best speeds, you’ll want to travel alone and with the waves.

No. We take the time to make sure you know how to operate your jet ski before your rental clock starts ticking. There’s no need to rush your instruction to get out on the water. We’ll spend as much time as you need to make sure you are ready to have a great ride!

Florida law requires anyone born after January 1, 1988, to present a picture ID and a boater safety certificate. The safety certificate is issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission. There are many places here in Panama City Beach where you can get your certificate. Please call us at (850) 235-8051 if you have any questions.

You must be at least 18 to rent a jet ski. You’ll also need to show us a valid ID and complete a Boater Safety course. If you don’t have a driver’s license, you’ll need to arrange to get a state ID card. So make sure you plan in advance and bring one.

Each jet ski may carry a maximum of 350 pounds. More than one passenger may ride each jet ski, but your combined weight may not exceed this limit.

Adults may share a ride as long as the maximum weight limit is not exceeded. For children, you’ll need the permission of a parent or legal guardian. While a parent or guardian can allow a child of any age to ride along, children under the age of five might not enjoy the experience.

Everyone who rents one of our jet skis needs to take the boater safety course. You can take this course at the marina or at one of the many jet ski rental booths along Panama City Beach’s shores. The course takes approximately 30 minutes to complete, and you’ll need to pay $3 for your Boater Safety ID card.

We don’t advise that expectant mothers ride our jet skis.

If you only need to change a time or date, please call us first to see if we can help you change your reservation.
